Limited Workmanship Warranties

 

Coverage for eligible owner-occupied residential projects is 2 years for cabinets; 5 years for tubs, showers, tile and countertops; and 15 years for polyaspartic floor coatings. Single-family rental projects carry a 2-year limited workmanship warranty. Written terms apply.

 

Nontransferable coverage

 

Coverage starts when the work is completed and applies to the original purchaser at the original project address. Warranties are nontransferable.

 

What is covered

 

Peeling, blistering or loss of adhesion caused by our surface preparation or application under normal use and recommended care. Covered repairs include labor and materials. We repair the affected area or recoat a larger area when needed to correct the failure.

 

What is not covered

 

Normal wear; chips, scratches, impact or abuse; heat damage; damage from abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals or suction-cup accessories; moisture or leaks; and movement or failure of the underlying surface. Damage from use or cleaning before the instructed cure time is also excluded. Exclusions apply to the damage they cause.

Follow the care instructions provided for your project. Contact us with your name, project address, completion date, a description and photos when available. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps.
